Join our Storefront Team – shape the first impression of Thomann!
We are the Storefront Team – the creative minds behind the entry experience of the Thomann webshop. Our mission is to welcome musicians into our world of gear and make sure their very first interaction feels inspiring, intuitive, and effortless. Whether users arrive with a clear goal or just a spark of curiosity, we guide them into the shop with clarity, confidence, and excitement.
From designing engaging entry points and start pages to crafting seamless first-touch interactions, we create the digital front door to Europe’s biggest music store. In short – we set the stage where curiosity turns into discovery and visitors become customers.
To support our mission, we’re now looking for a UX Designer (f/x/m) to join our team. You’ll be responsible for shaping the journeys that help users enter the shop, understand what’s possible, and take their first steps toward finding the right gear.
If you’re a design enthusiast who loves crafting meaningful first impressions, thrives on user-centric thinking, and wants to influence how millions of musicians start their journey with Thomann, we’d love to get to know you!
