Join our Purchase Experience Team – the final step to the perfect sound!
We are the Purchase Experience Team – the experts responsible for the most critical moment in a musician's journey: the transition from "I want this" to "It’s on its way!" Once a user has found their perfect gear, we take over to ensure that the path to ownership is as smooth, clear, and trustworthy as a perfectly tuned instrument.
We handle the high-stakes areas of the Thomann experience. From complex product configurations and seamless checkout flows to secure payment processes and that "mission accomplished" feeling of the order confirmation—we bridge the gap between inspiration and reality. In short – we build a reliable foundation that allows our customers to shop with total peace of mind.
To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a UX Designer (f/x/m) to help us refine the most business-critical journey. You will be the architect of a fast, intuitive, and secure buying process for millions of musicians.
If you’re a design enthusiast who excels at making high-stakes interactions feel effortless, has a passion for edge-case handling, form design, and wants to take ownership of the engine room of Europe’s biggest music store, we’d love to get to know you!
