Develop and enforce quality standards and goals across our software systems, services, and applications.
Design, build, and maintain an efficient automated testing environment while continuously educating the software engineering team on best practices.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, system architects, scrum masters, UI/UX designers, and product owners to deliver a high-quality product.
Advocate for a strong testing mindset throughout the organization to ensure quality remains a top priority.
Work with the support team to assess, evaluate, and prioritize incoming issues based on their severity and potential impact.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality engineering, focusing on delivering high-quality products.
Solid experience with modern web development technologies, including TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js, and testing frameworks such as CodeceptJS, Playwright, or similar tools.
A proven track record of working in an international context, building a quality culture, and collaborating effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Comprehensive knowledge of QA methodologies, practices, and tools, with experience in writing end-to-end, integration, and unit tests.
Taking complete ownership of the defect life cycle means managing every stage, from identification to resolution and prevention, to ensure high-quality outcomes.
A strong passion for software quality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional user experience.
Fluent in written and spoken English (C1+), German is a plus
