To expand our CRM strategy, we are looking for you as Senior CRM Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for managing our customer relationships, especially customer reactivation and retention
  • You interface between tech and marketing and report directly to the CMO
  • You develop and actively implement strategies to maximize customer activation, retention and loyalty
  • You implement, monitor and develop CRM campaigns
  • You define and implement customer segments based on analytics to precisely target customers, driving KPIs
  • You're an expert in cohort analysis & segment-specific mailings to increase CLV & repurchase rates
  • You run data-driven experiments to gain actionable insights and continuously improve activation and retention campaigns
  • You evaluate CRM performance and define action items
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders to plan and align CRM activities for the entire company.
  • You maintain a close exchange with external service providers and are in close contact and exchange with product managers, data analysts as well as our tech teams

Your profile

  • You have a degree in economics, marketing, communications or relevant work experience
  • You have experience with successful customer loyalty & direct marketing tools and you should not have to google CAC
  • You are proficient in using a campaign management system
  • You have an excellent understanding of numbers
  • You have the highest demands on the quality of your work, have a good eye for details and do not lose your head or your sense of humor even in hectic times
  • You like to work independently and organize your working day, but you also have experience in team management
  • You enjoy working in an international, dynamic environment and have a very good command of English and German.
  • Ideally you play an instrument yourself or are connected to music in some other way

3. Tryout task & debriefing

You'll receive a task that would fit your new role. You'll be asked to prepare the task either at home or live with some of our team members. Afterwards, there will be a debriefing with team members from your future department.

4. Leadership interview

Last, you'll get to know some team members of our leadership community. If this is a fit, too, you'll receive an offer from us.

Our offices

Remote. Distributed. Together.

Work from home or any of our offices. Our team is 100% remote and will stay this way. You need a stable internet connection and your laptop. Currently our way of work supports the central European timezone +/-2h.


Our Thomann headquarters. Just a few minutes’ drive outside of Bamberg. Come by to visit our shop or meet with colleagues outside of tech & data.


Our office in the heart of Berlin. Easily reachable at Rosenthaler Platz. Perfect for workshops and team building.


Our office in Nuremberg's metropolitan area. Just a few minutes by foot from Erlangen station. Nice, quiet location to do some deep work.
