Product Owner (f/m/d) for Tech & Data Team

Here's the deal

Team BK is searching for a new PO bringing a fresh flavor to our „crispy“ circle. As a product team settled in the Thomann cosmos within a thriving industry we are passionate about living up to our mission on a daily basis: Building the best and most inspiring online shopping experience for over 15 million musicians worldwide. At team BK we are doing so by improving the customer experience with a strong focus on checkout and after sales in our webshop. As soon as customers decide on a product it is our job to ensure that they can fully concentrate on getting the equipment they want as soon and smoothly as possible.

At the moment we are four full-stack engineers, one UI & UX designer and an agile coach dedicatedly picking and solving customer problems on our own. As PO you will be a core part of that by bringing in and prioritizing the users’ needs based on reliable data as well as tracking which features made an impact or which ones still require improvement.
